Therapeutic Counselling...

Counselling is a very personal experience and is different for everyone.  There may be times in our lives that we need extra support and Counselling may be just the right kind of help you are looking for.   Offering you a confidential and safe environment, I will endeavor to guide you on your journey  with compassion and understanding.
I will support you to develop an understanding of yourself and others, enabling you to find your own solution.  I will listen without judgment and help you work with your emotions. How long this takes is unique to every individual and I will be guided by you.  Counselling is not about me giving you advice or persuading you to do something.
